We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking. We only handle personal information when you email us, and we only use it to reply to you and to work with you.
Who we are
Pavryn Ltd ("Pavryn", "we", "us") is the data controller for the personal information described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17483267, and our registered office is 1 Broughton Close, Taunton, TA1 2JS.

When you visit this website
- Hosting and security. The site runs on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. We have not turned on any analytics or logging of our own, and we don't use this information to identify you.
- Light and dark mode. If you use the light/dark switch, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device, and you can clear it in your browser settings. It is only stored because you asked for it, so we don't ask for consent.
- Nothing else. No cookies, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party content.
When you email us
What we collect
Your name, email address, the content of your message, and any other details you choose to include — for example a phone number, job title or the organisation you work for.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to you, discuss what you need and prepare a quote — steps you ask us to take before a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- To deliver and support work you have asked us to do — performing our contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
- Where you contact us on behalf of an organisation, to respond to business enquiries and run our business — our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
- To keep business and tax records the law requires — our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
Please don't send us sensitive information (such as health details) unless we have asked for it.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare, Inc. — hosts this website and routes email sent to hello@pavryn.com.
- Google — stores and manages our email (Gmail).
- Professional advisers, such as our accountant, only where needed.
- Authorities, only where the law requires it.
We never sell your information or add you to marketing lists.
Transfers outside the UK
Cloudflare and Google may process information in the United States and other countries. Where they do, the transfer is protected by safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't lead to work: deleted within 12 months of our last contact.
- Clients and suppliers: kept for as long as we work together, then for 6 years to meet legal and tax requirements, then deleted.
- Messages unrelated to our business: deleted promptly.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information;
- limit how we use it, or object to us using it;
- send your information to you or another organisation in a portable format.
Email hello@pavryn.com. It's free, and we will reply within one month. Some rights have limits — for example, we may need to keep records the law requires — and we will explain if one applies.
Complaints
Please contact us first so we can put things right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we use personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
